Hours after new FBI documents were released on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server from her time as Secretary of State, Donald Trump told a rally in Wisconsin that it was more evidence of a scandal that he argues is “worse than Watergate.”

To combat that, Trump unveiled a plan on Monday that would not allow top administration officials to lobby the federal government until they’ve been out of their post for five years.

Trump says the same five year ban should also apply to members of Congress and staff members in the U.S. House and Senate.

At his Monday night rally, Trump made clear, much more information is needed from Clinton about her email server, and about questions raised by Wikileaks, and the latest FBI revelations about the investigation into Clinton’s email server.

“Tell the truth!” the crowd chanted.

“We do need truth,” Trump as he accused the press corps of not doing enough about Clinton’s troubles, at one point labeling reporters, “enemies.”

“They’ve got to start talking about Wikileaks, they’ve got to start talking about the things that are going on,” Trump said to cheers.

“They poison the minds of voters,” Trump added about the press.

The crowd also made clear its feelings about U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan, who Trump has been needling for days, arguing the GOP establishment isn’t doing enough to help Trump win.

Before Trump could even take the stage, the crowd was chanting, “Paul Ryan sucks!”

Trump also repeated his claims that the 2016 election is being rigged against him, and also claimed that in 2008, President Obama won the state of North Carolina possibly because of the votes of illegal immigrants.

Trump provided no evidence to back up that claim.

“It could have provided his margin of victory,” Trump said in Green Bay.

Trump will make two stops in Colorado on Tuesday, and then head to Las Vegas for the final debate with Hillary Clinton on Wednesday evening.
